Having completed many Very Hot!! Summits Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hitt Pilate and Bikram Yoga classes at the Hot Yoga Garage in Scarborough (which involves completing these classes in a heated 38 degree room and coming out like you have just had a dip in the ocean!) and also numerous online youtube classes at the Farm,  I have learnt many amazing ways that your body can let go of uneasiness & energy blockages as I come out of every class with a limbal, supple body and focused mind.  It is my goal to teach Yoga to classes on the Farm in Eneabba.
